PATHWAY 5
Program
Welcome to Pathway 5 and our study of Program. The spiritual growth and development of a congregation is essential, and the construction of community targeted relationship-based ministry programs requires the understanding of the importance of forging lasting relationships with the community or communities surrounding a church. Fortunately, more churches are recognizing the need to establish, pursue, and strengthen their own spiritual growth, and their relationship with their communities. They are pursuing an intentional plan of reconstructing their ministry programs to address the needs of families, marriages, children, and individuals where God has placed them as a ministry. This study will explore the steps necessary to evaluate, assess, and reconstruct ministries and programs to meet the needs of the congregation and establish a basis for relationships with a surrounding community.
Pathway Goals
To recognize the necessity of spiritual growth and development in a congregation.
To determine essential steps in evaluating and reconstructing church ministries and programs.
To create a ministry program plan that results in congregational spiritual growth and development.
